  • What if a student contacts me outside of the Quraniah platform?

    Quraniah values the safety and transparency of our platform. Therefore, we encourage all initial communication and booking discussions to take place within our chat messaging system. This helps us ensure a secure and reliable experience for both tutors and students. However, once a student has officially booked a class and made the initial payment through Quraniah, we understand that sometimes it’s easier to coordinate schedules or discuss specific details using external channels like email or phone. In such cases, we allow tutors and students to share their contact details if they find it beneficial. We trust that both tutors and students will use this flexibility responsibly and continue to prioritize communication through the Quraniah platform whenever possible.

  • You’ll receive a notification within the Quraniah platform as soon as a student confirms a booking. You can also view your upcoming class schedule in your tutor dashboard.

  • Offering a free trial is a great way to showcase your teaching style and allow students to see if you’re a good fit for them. Many tutors find that free trials lead to increased bookings.

  • Once your profile is complete and validated, students can find you through our platform’s search function and contact you directly via chat messaging. They’ll discuss their learning needs, schedule preferences, and may even request a free trial session. To officially book a class, students can click the “Book a Tuition” button on your profile and proceed through Quraniah’s secure payment process. You’ll receive a notification once a class is booked.

  • The speed of your profile validation depends on the completeness and accuracy of your submitted information. To expedite the process, please ensure the following:

    • Upload clear and valid KYC documents (e.g., passport, driver’s license).
    • Provide a detailed CV outlining your educational background and teaching experience.
    • Submit any relevant certifications or qualifications.
    • Upload a professional profile photo.
    • Fill out all sections of your profile thoroughly and accurately.

    The quicker you provide all necessary information, the faster we can verify your identity and activate your profile. If you have any concerns or questions, please don’t hesitate to contact our support team.
