  • What if a technical issue occurs during a class, and I’m unable to complete it?

    We understand that technical difficulties can arise. If a class is interrupted due to a technical issue on Quraniah’s end, the student will not be charged, and you will be compensated for your time. If the issue is on the student’s side, we encourage you to reschedule the class at a mutually convenient time. We also offer technical support to both tutors and students to help resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

  • While we don’t have a formal screening process for students, we encourage them to provide detailed information about their learning goals and experience when they sign up. We also promote open communication between tutors and students to ensure a good fit and a positive learning environment. Additionally, our review system allows tutors to rate their experience with students, helping other tutors make informed decisions.

  • Quraniah has a fair dispute resolution process in place. If a student raises a dispute, we will carefully review the situation and gather evidence from both parties. Our goal is to reach a fair and equitable solution for everyone involved. If a student cancels a class last minute, our cancellation policy will determine if any payment is due to the tutor.

  • Yes, we take your security and privacy seriously. Quraniah uses industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your personal and payment information. We comply with all relevant data protection regulations to ensure your information is handled responsibly.
