Quraniah has a fair dispute resolution process in place. If a student raises a dispute, we will carefully review the situation and gather evidence from both parties. Our goal is to reach a fair and equitable solution for everyone involved. If a student cancels a class last minute, our cancellation policy will determine if any payment is due to the tutor.
